A product of the youth setup at Station Park, Fraser has represented the club at all youth levels, before playing for the U20s and eventually the first team. While frequently listed as the first team understudy goalkeeper, Fraser played regularly with the U20s throughout 2016-17, and made his first team debut in March of that season.

Loan spells with Inverness City and Inverness Athletic followed during 2017-18, while continuing to represent the U20s and deputise for the first team.
