Callum Donaldson

Biography

Callum first played at youth level with Inverness Caledonian Thistle up to U16 level, before he joined Nairn County's youth teams. A spell on loan at Nairn St Ninian followed.

Although he officially debuted during the 2002-03 season at age 17 (as a substitute for an injured Michael Rae), it would be over three full years following an 18 month loan spell with Strathspey Thistle before he featured again, this time in the starting eleven.

Moving up to the first team he became a regular starter by the time of the 2008-09 season and from 2009 onwards, he consistently held on to the number one shirt until midway through the 2014-15 season when he moved to the the United States to undertake a new job.

Having accumulated over 200 appearances for the club, he earned three cup winners' medals during his career. The first was as a substitute for Nairn's North of Scotland Cup win over Inverness CT in 2008. The second was for the club's League Cup Final win over Fraserburgh in 2011 and the third for their North of Scotland Cup Final victory over Wick in 2012.
