Timeline

  • Date of Birth

Chris was born on this date in Rutherglen.

  • Signed For Nairn County

  • Two first half goals put Nairn County in control of this fixture before the break and they then went on to record an opening day win as they defeated Fort William at Claggan Park. The victory puts the Station Park men third in the table after day one of the Highland League campaign.

  • Nairn County made a successful return to the Scottish Cup as they dumped fellow Highland League side Rothes in style at MacKessack Park in round one of this year's competition. It was County's first match in Scotland's premier cup competition since season 1985-86 and a distinguished second half performance helped ease Les Fridge's side into the hat for the second round draw.

  • A three month winless run came to an end for Nairn County at Station Park as they dumped bottom-of-the-table Fort William to pick up their first three points since the first Saturday in December. Indeed, the County faithful had waited even longer to see their side win on home soil with the last victory at Station Park coming way back in October when Forres Mechanics were the visitors on league duty.

  • The Scottish Cup dream died for another year as Nairn County were knocked out of the first round of the competition by East of Scotland Premier League side Edinburgh City at the crumbling Meadowbank Stadium.
